Positon Summary

As the Program Assistant - Home Health, you are responsible for providing administrative support for the diverse functions of the office. Your role is critical for the coordination of activities of the office and enhancing the productivity of the team.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform receptionist duties for incoming calls and visitors as needed
  • Help team with proper procedure for documentation and paperwork, including copying, scanning, faxing, and filing
  • Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness of all documentation and reports
  • Develop program-specific promotional materials and assist with special events
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, educational programs and community events, as requested


  • Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Valid drivers’ license and auto liability insurance

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
