This position is located in Brentwood, TN in the Compassus corporate offices. It is not a remote position.

The Application Support I (Corporate Office Help desk Support) is responsible for modeling our Company Values of Compassion, Integrity, and Excellence, and for promoting the Compassus culture, using the Six Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with hardware configuration
  • Take phone calls from helpdesk line
  • Manage initial triage of tickets in system

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

Computer Information Systems or related major preferred; or 2 years or related experience

  • Create clear documentation of issues in ticketing system
  • Assist users with network/application logins and password resets
  • Assist with initial issue troubleshooting regarding errors, problems or questions
  • Communicate resolutions to users for documented issues
  • Assist with creating user documentation
  • Coordinate ticket escalation with Application Specialist
  • Work with timelines to assist project teams
  • Provide reports on system performance
  • Provide enhancement testing support
  • Adheres to and promotes IT policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
