  • Orders mobile devices, computers and other peripherals as required for new and existing users.
  • Receives, tracks and disposes of recycled or out-of-service hardware in accordance with established policy and procedure; maintains inventory of equipment available for re-use.
  • Prepares, packages and ships all outgoing equipment; accepts deliveries (mail, Fed-ex, UPS), processes and distributes to appropriate person.
  • Maintains and tracks contracts and expiration dates for all IT related service contracts, to include phone line, data, copier/printer/scanner (MFP), postal meter and software. Works with management to renew contracts as appropriate.
  • Maintains mobile carrier accounts (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, etc.) to ensure that line usage is as accurate as possible and reduce waste. Perform MACD updates as required.
  • Conducts routine audits of mobile carrier accounts to reconcile usage against active colleagues, identify cost overages and keep user lists updated.
  • Maintains conference line and e-fax accounts. Perform MACD updates as required.
  • Delivers initial triage for reported problems with cell phones, tablets, computers, peripherals, and IP/ POTS telephones and routes work within the IT Helpdesk as appropriate.
  • Maintains clear documentation and status of reported problems and requests within IT project/problem tracking systems and within associated vendor tracking systems.
  • Works with and coordinates vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Clearly documents operating procedures for accomplishing specific job duties.
  • Maintains strict privacy standards when handling sensitive company data and maintains confidentiality of protected health information consistent with the HIPAA law.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and command of Company and IT specific policies and procedures.
  • Adheres to existing SLAs in completing assigned tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
